VENTECH Phenolic air duct panels have a high performance,rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core.The panels are faced with an embossed aluminium foil on one side.

 

The VENTECH Phenolic air duct panels is available in 20/25/30mm thickness which are high standard for Factory-Made Air ducts.

 

The VENTECH Phenolic air duct panels have a fibre-free and closed cell insulation core,which has been manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential(ODP) and low Glogbal Warming Potential)GWP).

There are a variety of profiles we VENTECH supply available to suit various installation requirements. Aluminium invisible flange joint (Aluminium invisible profile) and H Bayonet is used for jointing straight duct sections on the pre-insulated HVAC Duct installation. We supply three types for 20 mm, 25 mm and 30mm thickness. The standard length is 4 meters for each. All our aluminium  flange joint are fire proof.
