VCM-A-01 is an automatic aluminium welding machine specially designed for welding aluminium diffusers and grilles.
At present, the production process of the air outlets mainly includes punching, one-shot forming, and welding. Welding is the main method of splicing the frames. Because there are more air vent designs and various aluminum profiles, the welding positions of the products are different. And our cnc welding machine can record 60 products into the built-in microcomputer and store them. Each time you produce a different product, you only need to select the required model in the system of the device, and the spot welding machine can automatically retrieve the data. The welding head automatically aligns with the position and quantity of the product's welding points for efficient, accurate, and safe Welding production.
According to our statistics, the number of welding workpieces produced by our automatic welding machine is 5-8 times that of manual welding production, and no special technicians are needed, so they are well received by customers.
